Modular kitchen is a term used for modern kitchen furniture layouts that include cabinets modules made of diverse materials that hold furnishings inside, which can facilitate effective use of spaces in the kitchen. Typically, units that are placed on the floor are called “floor units” or “floor cabinets”, on which a kitchen made of granite, marble, tile, or wood is used to create space for various activities in a kitchen. The worktop is placed. The units to be held on the wall for storage purposes are termed as “wall units” or “wall cabinets”. An apartment has small kitchen areas, even a “tall storage unit” available for effective storage. Modular kitchens typically consist of wooden cabinets, counter tops, interior accessories, electro-domestic gadgets such as a chimney, hob, built-in-oven, sink with or without drain board and in some cases refrigerators, dishwashers or other gadgets.

Shaped Kitchen Layout
U-shaped kitchen type layout is usually preferred if you have designated a relatively large area for the kitchen. In this layout, you can divide your work center into cooking, preparation, and washing areas, therefore allowing for a more organized and function work station. The U-shaped layout provides the most storage space and is ideal for large families or people who are fond of cooking as it makes the whole experience easier. Due to its versatility and spacious design, it can be a bit heavy on the pocket, but it is definitely well-spent money.
Straight Modular Kitchen
This kitchen layout does not include a work triangle, the only one of the six that do so. This is because it is based on a straight line as mentioned in the name. All its furniture and appliances such as cabinets, hob, sink and fridge are aligned on the same wall. Its biggest advantage is that it does not use a lot of apartment space, providing optimal efficiency and a chic open-plan look. Straight modular kitchen is ideal for loft and studio apartments due to its unobtrusive and versatile design, but can also be used in homes with large kitchen areas.
